The YWCA is where women turn to join a dynamic community united by a passion for positive social change, racial justice, and economic empowerment. In carrying out the mission of the YWCA, programs are designed to address the root causes of poverty in the communities we serve, namely: financial illiteracy, births to teen moms, violence against women, and lack of access to affordable childcare. The YWCA contributes time, talent, tenacity, and financial support for the betterment of women.
