I would suggest being a little more confident in your language. While you might be being honest with words like "Hopefully", they don't do much to inspire confidence in potential employers, even if they don't realize it themselves.
The quote may be a double-edged sword. I personally like it, and feel it may paint you as someone who will constantly put themselves into their work and continue improving. But there is the potential for it to give the idea of inexperience (which may or may not be true, but could be bad publicity). Just something to think about trade-off wise!"
