I entered Tunxis on a whim after having a conversation with a close friend of mine who decided to go back to college after 30 years and told me how she thought it was the best thing she has done. If she could do it so could I.  Two months into the semester my husband and I were asked to foster a newborn, me being a 1st time parent and my husband who does have an older daughter has been a challlenge to juggle school and work but it is worth it. Three years later she is finally mine. This is one the best things that could happen to me besides graduating this year.
