I really enjoyed this class and learned a lot of new information. My typing did not increase significantly as I don't work on computers daily but could see how this will help with improving my typing speed and my ability to proof read. Some of the things I learned are:
- business letters
- personal letters
- memos
- creating tables in Word
- business reports: APA & MLA
