This semester I took Medical Practice Management Software Applications. This class was a lot of fun, I really enjoyed it. In this class we needed to know, how to change the Medisoft Program Date. Schedule appointments. Enter a new patient. Create a new case. Copy and modify an existing case. Enter procedures, charges and diagnoses. Record payments from patients. Record payments from insurance carriers. Create walkout receipts. Create insurance claims. Enter and apply a payment from and insurance carrier. Enter a capitation payment and adjust capitated accounts. Create patient statements. Print reports. Add item to the collection list. Create collection letter. I learned so much from this class.
